Smallest Step Ahead

Feeling stuck doesn’t help with making progress. 

It’s much more helpful when you have a guide showing you where to go next, what’s left to do, how you’re going to do it. 

But, sometimes we’re not so lucky and we’re left on our own to our own devices. 

The only step left isn’t to wait for magic to happen, but to make the smallest step forward. 

It’s not possible or human to think that your big ideas will finalize within a week. Instead, what’s possible for you (and for most of us) is to take the smallest step ahead. 


Self Appreciation

Self appreciation is about seeing what you’ve done that is great to others around you and to yourself. Not being boastful, not being self-centered. It’s about remembering to thank yourself and making sure you feed your spirit.

Self-esteem ties into to self-appreciation and how you feel about yourself. In other words, it’s your relationship you have with you. 

It’s not selfish to have a healthy relationship with yourself.


Reality vs. Attention

While reality is happening, we find ourselves putting our attention elsewhere. A presentation on self love, yet the audience is focused on answering an email. 

Heavy traffic on the road, yet the people crossing the street with you are heads down, eyes on their Instagram feed. 

Reality is happening around us all the time.
